How this app handles data.

What may be processed
Hosting and security services may process technical request data such as IP address, browser context, requested page, and request time. Page views may be measured if Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled. Planner selections, email CTA events, affiliate clicks, and an optional hotel-map load may be recorded as local browser measurement. If you contact the publisher, the email address, metadata, and message content are used to answer and manage the request.
Affiliate links and third-party services
Rovaniemi.app includes a Stay22 accommodation comparison link, an optional click-to-load Stay22 hotel map, affiliate links routed through CJ (Commission Junction) to Booking.com and Agoda, and links to GetYourGuide and Viator. If you complete a booking through one of these commercial features, the publisher may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
The protected accommodation pages do not initiate a Stay22 request when they first load. Before you follow the Stay22 comparison link or choose to load the map, those pages contain no Stay22 iframe, script, or pixel. Following the comparison link leaves Rovaniemi.app; loading the map creates a Stay22 iframe. In either case your browser then connects directly to Stay22, which may receive technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring origin, map destination and campaign, and interaction data, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies. Selecting an offer or a listing in the loaded map may then connect you to a separate accommodation provider.
When you follow a Stay22, Booking.com, Agoda, GetYourGuide, or Viator affiliate link, you leave Rovaniemi.app and enter CJ and/or the relevant third-party service. The outbound request may include the destination, site and placement attribution, and referrer or browser context normally sent with that request. Each third party is responsible for its subsequent processing under its own privacy notice.
Local measurement
The app does not use Cloudflare Zaraz custom events. Planner events stay local unless a future measurement decision and this notice explicitly change.
Your choices and requests
Use [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or clarification where applicable. Requests about data held by a booking or affiliate provider should be directed to that provider. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
Immediate temporary Stay22 LMA experiment
During this reversible cross-domain experiment, Stay22 LMA loads immediately on eligible indexable editorial pages without waiting for an optional privacy choice. Preview hosts, protected commercial and legal routes, provider collisions, machine routes, and noindex pages remain blocked. Optional analytics and advertising services stay off unless you explicitly select Allow in Privacy choices.
If allowed, Stay22 may receive technical and interaction data and may use cookies or similar storage under its own privacy and cookie policies. Optional embedded Stay22 maps load only after you select the map control; outbound affiliate links remain deliberate navigations to the named provider.
Stay22 Maps and Roam URLs continue to use account AID elpremier. The separate temporary
LMA script ID 6a5612f522ee4be1cc422572 is never used as a Maps or Roam AID.
